UK - SINGLE WEDDING DRESS DELIVERY COST £10

-------------------------------------------------------------------WORLDWIDE DELIVERY CHARGE FOR ANY DRESS-£ 50 GBP. All our prices on the website are exclusive of delivery charges. We use Fedex delivery service or alternative and all parcels are fully insured. For worldwide delivery please add £50 GBP to your cart below before you add your dress to cart. All dresses are packaged in the best way possible. Hanging in a steam room or lightly pressing the dresses on arrival is reccommended after transportation. Accessories are shipped free to international countries.

Payment methods

We accept payment from all major debit/credit cards through Paypal - the fast and secure way to pay online. We also accept personal cheques from UK buyers only. We are only able to accept cash as payment when items are collected from us or delivered by us personally from our stock rooms in Norfolk, England.

Returns Policy

We realise that buying a wedding dress is one of the most important purchases you will make for your wedding. We are happy to exchange your dress for any item in our shop, if the size is not as wished, or in the unlikely event of a wrong item sent or damaged in transit. The item must be returned in its original condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alternations) within 14 days to our return address in UK. You MUST email us first prior to sending for return permission code and pay a £15 restock fee (but not in the unlikely case of a damaged product or wrong item sent). It is the buyers responsiblity to pay all shipping charges. Please note all dresses made in custom size, colour, and design are not refundable. We also regret that the shipping cost is non-refundable. There is a 24 hour cancellation period for orders, after that period, all sales are final.
