• How do I find what size I need?

Go to our size and colour chart page, you can work out your size from our size chart, your dress size will not be the same size as the pair of jeans you own. You must therefore measure yourself correctly to come to the size you need from our chart. Please note all standard sizes ordered from the chart come in the standard length of 58 inches. We also offer a made to measure service, please measure yourself through our guidelines and submit your measurements after payment through our online form you will be sent after payment.

• How do I order?

The dress you wish to order has a buy now button beneath it, click on the button once and you will be directed to a payment page to pay with different options. See question below for payment methods.

• What Payment methods can you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Meastro, Switch, Solo, Direct Bank transfer, Paypal E-Cheques, Paypal balance payments. You don't need to be a registered member of Paypal, you can pay via your credit/debit card through the paypal payment terminal which is SSL secured and Verisigned Identity protected which encrypts any credit/debit card data. - See question below about secure payment on our website. Personal cheques may be sent to our administration address: PO BOX 168, DEREHAM, NR19 9BG.

• Is my payment secure?

• Do you ship to my country?

• How long will my order take?

Most dresses will be made and delivered to you within 25-35 days. You will recieve an online tracking number to trace your parcel. You must be available to sign for your package. Please allow longer if you have ordered from a different country to allow time for extra shipping. Please note: we do not ship to PO Box addresses. Any returned parcels without a signature will have to pay £20 to have their package resent. Please see our delivery and returns page for our policies.
